I am from Inter Excel Tourism Academy

Currently I am working as a
service crew at Papelli which is an Italian restaurant. First of all, I would like to
thank Mr Hilary, Madam Chong and all the trainers in Inter Excel. Because of
their guidance, I have guided me to have a smooth intership. In Inter Excel, the trainers helping me develop the social and communication skills. They
constantly guide me to greet people using polite language when
communicating with others. So it helps me to communicate well in every
occasion. At the same time, all of my colleagues like me very much and the
customers are always giving me a good feedback. Not only that, the trainers
also create ‘mock interview’ to improve my interview skills. I believe with all the knowledge I gained, I will always get good job opportunities. It also creates

I'm currently working as a customer service assistant at Diamond & Platinum. I would like to thank Inter Excel Tourism Academy and all the professional trainers, especially our
dedicated principal Mr Hilary for his guidance and support to help me archive my current position.
