  • Min, SPM 3 credits and above in any subjects
  • Unemployed graduates are welcome

I am from Inter Excel Tourism Academy

I am now working as a sales representative at Switch which is the apple premium reseller company and I am doing very well all the way under training from Inter Excel. I have had a lit of appraisal for my performance and I would like to thank Mr Hillary and the trainers for the constant support.

Currently I am working as a
service crew at Papelli which is an Italian restaurant. First of all, I would like to
thank Mr Hilary, Madam Chong and all the trainers in Inter Excel. Because of
their guidance, I have guided me to have a smooth intership. In Inter Excel, the trainers helping me develop the social and communication skills. They
constantly guide me to greet people using polite language when
communicating with others. So it helps me to communicate well in every
occasion. At the same time, all of my colleagues like me very much and the
customers are always giving me a good feedback. Not only that, the trainers
also create ‘mock interview’ to improve my interview skills. I believe with all the knowledge I gained, I will always get good job opportunities. It also creates

dedicated principal Mr Hilary for his guidance and support to help me archive my current position. Inter Excel Tourism Academy has helped me improve my confidence level which enhanced my working experience as a customer service assistant.
